Body {title, confirm:true}。返回 {topicid, isStudySet}，必须校验 isStudySet:true。空集含一张与集同名的根卡。

学习集标签树 GET

返回实际存储 hashtags[]、派生扁平 nodes[]、嵌套 tree[]。directCardCount 仅直存；cardCount 含后代；derived:true 为推导层。
